IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please be aware that from August 11, 2025, through December 5, 2025, the condominium will start a Balcony Concrete Repair Project as part of a state-mandated milestone inspection initiative. The condo association does not have a fixed schedule. All units in the building will be affected by construction noise, airborne dust, and balcony access restrictions or closures, depending on the location of the work relative to your unit.
The only thing that can match the ocean view is the sight of your family’s smiles as they step onto the balcony and see the silken white sands and turquoise ocean streaked with sunlight.
This 2023 remodeled, 1,100 square foot, seventh floor beachfront condo sleeps six, with one king bed, two twins, a sleeper sofa, and two bathrooms.
It’s an end unit, so you get a panoramic view of the shoreline. You can see the wooden walkway cutting through the lush greenery, leading to the beach, where you can hunt for colorful shells, snorkel in the warm water or try an exciting watersports like parasailing or stand-up paddle boarding.
You can also see the tennis courts, the heated pool and hot tub in the midst of a cluster of palm trees.
The interior of the unit is another impressive sight. Two adjacent walls of floor-to-ceiling windows fill the white-tiled living room with natural light. The ocean view is the constant backdrop as you sit in the comfort of the living room, with its modern sofa and chairs, or prepare a meal in the kitchen filled with modern appliances and cookware.
Fix yourself a cocktail to bring out to the balcony as the setting sun turns the sky bright orange then enjoy a family dinner on the wooden table.
The bedrooms feature ample closet and drawer space and both come with televisions. People back home are counting sheep, but you’ll be counting night stars as you fall asleep to the cooling ocean trade winds and the reflection of the night moon off the water.
The unit is filled with comfort-enhancing features like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels, and a washer and dryer. You’ve also got everything you need for the beach, including beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella.
The Sea Winds surrounds you with deluxe amenities. Take a swim in the heated pool then lay on the sun loungers. Luxuriate in the hot tub. Play tennis on the newly resurfaced courts.

Some actions taken by the guests struck us as unusual. It seemed unusual that the guests would delay notifying our company until the day prior to their departure about the alleged cockroach problem. It seemed unusual that if a cockroach problem existed, the guests would refuse treatment to remedy the problem. It seemed unusual that neither the building manager nor the technician would be able to find any traces of cockroaches. Furthermore, we note that no past nor future guests have reported any cockroach issues within the unit.
Subsequent to the guests’ departure on Saturday, April 8, 2017, the guests proceeded to request compensation from our company. Given the aforementioned actions taken by the guests, it seems irrational that the guest should receive compensation.
